Conference Participants

The annual conference is designed to benefit several different groups associated with the in-home industry.  Those who benefit include administrators, private pay providers, front line supervisors, Medicaid & Medicare providers, nursing supervisors, state and local contract providers and agency aides.

The conference is generally divided into specialized workshop tracts to target certain individuals within an agency's staff.  Program tracks include:

  • Finance/Billing
  • Operations/Administration
  • Human Resources
  • Nursing/Clinical
  • Quality Improvement

Conference Exhibitors

The Conference includes the opportunity for companies affiliated with the industry to exhibit to showcase their products and services.  Throughout the conference, exhibitors had the opportunity to meet with several groups of individuals associated with the in-home industry.  Special time was set aside throughout the conference to allow attendees to visit with exhibitors.  In addition, exhibitors were recognized at a special vendor recognition luncheon.

Conference Awards

During a special awards banquet, the Council recognized in-home employees that have gone above and beyond within the industry. All member agencies were encouraged to submit nominations. Award categories include:

  • Above and Beyond Caregiver Award
  • Paraprofessional Caregiver Award
  • Professional Caregiver Award
  • Administrative Staff Support Award
  • Leadership Award
  • Public Servant Award
